It covers three primary drugs—Rohypnol, Ketamine, and GHB—explaining their effects, offenders' behavioral patterns, and strategies for mitigating risks. Leaders learn to recognize drug-related threats, understand their legal responsibilities, and implement measures to foster a safe and supportive work culture. Session topics include identifying risks and signs of abuse for each drug and practical steps for ensuring employee safety and drink security. This training helps organizations address threats proactively while preparing to manage incidents effectively.
