Operation Crane is a UK-centered investigation led by DSRM Risk & Crisis Management, a British consultancy with a long-standing history of conducting international death investigations.

 

Focused on identifying patterns and root causes of suicide within the construction industry across multiple countries, the initiative draws its name from the paper crane, an enduring symbol of hope and healing in Japanese culture, with the aim of driving greater awareness, prevention, and industry-wide change.
